The Xiaomi Mi4 has just gone official with flagship specs, including a 5-inch 1080p display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection, 2.5 GHz Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU and 3 GB RAM. The Xiaomi Mi4 runs Android 4.4 KitKat with MIUI V6 skin on top.
There's a 13 MP primary camera at the back with LED flash, Sony's IMX214 BSI sensor, 6-element lens capable of 4K video capture. But that's not the whole story, you also get a 8 MP front-facing camera with Sony Exmor R sensor, f/1.8 aperture. The Xiaomi Mi4 is just 8.9mm thick and weighs in at 149 grams.
You can buy the Xiaomi Mi4 with 16 or 64 GB storage and it also comes with optional 4G LTE connectivity and dual-band WiFi support. The Mi4 is powered by a 3080 mAh battery and will be available in black and white colors with back-cover options including wood, bamboo, woven, marble, stick and several others. The 16 GB variant has been priced at 1999 Chinese Yuan (about $322 or Rs. 19,380) while the 64 GB variant will be available for (about $402 or Rs. 24,200). This pricing is for the 3G variant, while the 4G LTE variant of the Xiaomi Mi4 will be available in September.
