The original Moto X 2013 had got its taste of Lollipop back in June. Even carrier variant from AT&T was also updated back in July, so we weren't exactly sure what was happening over at Verizon.
But we are bringing good news today. The OG Moto X 2013 has finally been updated to Android 5.1.1 Lollipop over at Big Red directly from Android 4.4 KitKat. There are a lot of changes to go through, to know more you can head over to the source link.
Updates have already started rolling out, if you haven't received the notification yet, just head into settings -> about -> check for software updates.
