Ahead of the GT7 Pro smartphone's official announcement next month, realme has revealed its display specifications during a special event in China. The realme GT7 Pro will feature an 8T LTPO Eco² OLED Plus micro-curved screen supplied by Samsung Display. According to the company, this display reduces power consumption by up to 52% at the same brightness, with even better performance in high-demand scenarios.
The Samsung-made the first in the industry to offer a 120% DCI-P3 color gamut for flat-screen flagships with a 1 fps low-flicker rate with uniform colors even in low brightness scenarios, a global maximum brightness of 2000 nits, and a peak brightness of 6000 nits. It will also support HDR 10+ and Dolby Vision.
Additionally, it will introduce the world's first non-polarized natural light eye protection technology, achieving 0 polarization, which closely mimics natural light. The device will also include Qualcomm's ultrasonic fingerprint scanner, positioning it to compete for the best display under 10,000 yuan, according to realme.
More details about the phone are expected in the lead-up to its official launch on November 4th.
