OnePlus has confirmed that it will launch its latest flagship smartphone the OnePlus 10T 5G globally at an in-person launch in New York City on August 3rd, 2022 including India. It has a tagline, ‘Evolve Beyond Speed’, so the phone will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor with new features. The company has confirmed that OxygenOS 13 will also launch alongside the OnePlus device.
OnePlus said that it is taking the concept of performance to the next level with upgrades beyond speed alone, by leveraging new technologies to deliver key advancements to the OnePlus experience.
Based on earlier reports, it will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate and should have a 32 MP front-facing camera in a center punch-hole design. It should have a triple rear camera setup where a might 50MP primary camera along with a 16MP ultrawide and a 2MP macro sensor and the device is expected to come with a 4800mAh battery that supports 150W fast charging.
The company said that “The new operating system is committed to delivering the signature OnePlus fast and smooth experience with a refreshing design and enhanced safety.”
The OnePlus 10T and OxygenOS 13 launch event will be held on August 3rd starting at 10 AM ET (7:30 PM IST). It will be a live stream on the OnePlus official YouTube channel. The phone will be available for pre-order in India on Amazon India after the launch event.
