LG Has finally unveiled the G Pad 8.3 after months of teasing. The new tablet features the same design language as the LG G2 which was recently unveiled. The G Pad will be formally showcased at IFA 2013 which begins September 6th, but in terms of specs it features a 8.3-inch display with a 1920x1200 pixels resolution.

The G Pad 8.3 is powered by a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB RAM and a 4600 mAh battery keeping the lights on. There's 16GB of inbuilt storage as well which is not expandable. The tablet is quite thin at just 8.3mm and weighs in at about 338 grams, which is quite light given the powerful battery the G Pad is packing. Although it still runs Android 4.2.2 when Android 4.3 is readily available on the wee bit smaller Nexus 7.
