Coolpad is getting set to launch their flagship smartphone in India for the masses. From the little tidbits we were able to gather from several sources, the Coolpad Max will be coming to India on May 20th.
Coming to specs, the Coolpad Max coming to India is expected to sport full-metal unibody design with a 5.5-inch 1080p display with 2.5D curved glass running on the Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor which is capable of recording 1080p videos at 60FPS. The Coolpad Max is expected to come with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage in India.
Our source suggests that the Coolpad Max will have a 13MP rear camera and 5MP front-camera with a 2800 mAh battery which is capable of fast charging with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 support. You will also get a fingerprint scanner, dual-SIM 4G LTE support, dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS. At present its not known whether it will run on Android Marshmallow or not, but we would assume it does.

At present there is no word on availability or pricing of the Coolpad Max for India, but we will be keeping our eyes and ears open for any news on the front.
