iQOO has initiated teasers for the launch of the Z7 Pro in India, after the launch of iQOO Z7 and iQOO Z7s 5G smartphones in the country earlier this year. This confirmation came from iQOO India CEO Nipun Marya, who posted an image of the phone along with the caption, "On to the next 'curve' of Questing..".
In the image, the phone is displayed with a center punch-hole screen, differing from the notched screens found on the Z7 and Z7s models. Additionally, the screen features a subtle curvature and slimmer bezels compared to the Z7 model that was released in China and global markets earlier this year, featuring a Snapdragon 782G SoC. This suggests that the upcoming Z7 Pro might have distinct design and hardware elements.
The front design of the phone bears a resemblance to the vivo Y78+ 5G smartphone that was initially unveiled in China, later being released in global markets as V29 Lite 5G in June. As a refresher, this particular device features a 6.78-inch FHD+ screen and runs on the Snapdragon 695 SoC.
We should know more details and full specifications of the iQOO Z7 Pro including the launch date in India, in the coming days.
