The India Mobile Congress (IMC), Asia’s leading digital technology event, will take place from October 15th to 18th at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. Co-hosted by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) and the Cellular Operators Association of India (COAI), the event will centre around the theme 'The Future is Now.'
IMC 2024 will place a strong emphasis on AI and Generative AI, featuring discussions led by over 50 global and Indian speakers across 11 diverse panels during the four-day event. Additionally, a special day-long session titled 'AI for Good' will be co-hosted by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), bringing together global experts and delegates to explore the subject.
The event will also include a startup program called Aspire, showcasing more than 140 startups focused on AI-based innovations across various industries. Over 15 government ministries will participate to demonstrate how AI is being integrated into their departments.
