The Pixel 9a is rumoured to start at USD 499 (approximately Rs. 43,180) for the 128GB model, the same as the Pixel 8a. The 256GB variant is expected to be priced at USD 599 (approximately Rs. 51,830), making it USD 40 more expensive than the Pixel 8a.
For context, the Pixel 8a was launched in India at Rs. 52,999 for the 128GB model, with the 256GB variant introduced later for Rs. 59,999. The Pixel 9a's 256GB model is likely to see a price increase in India, while the 128GB version may retain similar pricing or experience a slight uptick due to currency fluctuations.
Launch Timeline -
The Pixel 9a is anticipated to launch in mid-March 2025, arriving earlier than the Pixel 8a, which debuted in early May 2024.
