Xiaomi Redmi 2 Review: Best Budget Smartphone

By on Email @exolete

Xiaomi has made it a habit of launching good budget options, the Redmi 1S had software issues but got better over time. The Redmi 2 is great right out of the box, it has a compact build, bright-vibrant display, good cameras and excellent performance to boot with 4G LTE support on both of its SIM Card slots. It runs MIUI 6 which makes the user experience even better. Sure, we could do with backlit capacitive keys but these are just minor annoyances. At its price of Rs. 6999, there is quite literally no competition in the market to the Redmi 2. Simply put, its the best budget smartphone you can buy right now. We have the full-review above with an in-depth look at MIUI 6, pros/cons alongwith review scores are listed below.
