A few weeks back, when the company had begun teasing the YU Yunique, without naming it, we also stumbled across another smartphone from the company, the YU5050 which was supposed to have a 5.2-inch quad-HD display run on Snapdragon 810 octa-core processor with 4GB RAM. But it never materialized even though units were imported to India for testing.
Now, we have some more news on that front. As you can see the packaging above, the YU YU5050 will be called Yutopia with a tall claim of being "the most powerful phone ever." Coming back to the specs once more, an AnTuTu listing was also discovered for the device which says that the Yutopia will have a 21MP rear and 8MP front camera, 32GB onboard storage.
The report from BGR India which includes the image of the box, says that the company plans to launch the YU Yutopia next month before Diwali. Rahul Sharma, Founder - Yu Televentures had also taken to twitter to give us a hint of something big coming from the brand soon.

At present apart from the GeekBench, AnTuTu and Zauba import listing we don't have much to go on about the final specs of the device or its price point. But we expect this to be the cheapest device running on the Snapdragon 810 chipset priced between Rs. 21,000 to Rs. 24000.
