XOLO Q800T has just gone official with a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor, 4.7-inch HD IPS display at 312 PPI with 178-degree wide viewing angle and a 2.5-D edge-to-edge curved glass front. The phone looks a lot like the XOLO Q1000. The MediaTek MT6589T is the turbo chipset which has both an overclocked processing core and the PowerVR SGX544MP GPU.
In terms of cameras you get a 8 MP primary camera with BSI Sensor, LED flash and a 2 MP front shooter. There's 1 GB RAM and a 1800 mAh battery which seems a bit low for these specs.
