Xiaomi has confirmed that their upcoming flagship foldable smartphone the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 is set to launch in China in August. The company boasts a new paradigm in moving imaging optics and plans to incorporate Leica's optical full-focus quad-camera on a thin and light folding screen, marking the first use of this technology.
This is the new version of the MIX Fold 2, which was released in August of last year. It comes with a 50MP primary camera that uses an IMX766 sensor, as well as a 13MP ultra-wide-angle camera and an 8MP 2X telephoto camera, all of which have Leica optics.

According to previous rumors, the phone is expected to have four rear cameras, including a 3.2X portrait camera and a 5X periscope telephoto camera. The phone will also have 67W wired fast charging and 50W wireless charging. Additionally, it will feature a curved glass body and is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC.
