Xiaomi had showcased the Mi 5 in India at the launch of the Redmi Note 3, where the company had said that their new flagship would be coming to India in April. The company has stayed true to their promise.

The Xiaomi Mi 5 is quite the looker and features the Snapdragon 820 quad-core processor we have already seen on this years' flagship from several manufacturers including the LG G5, Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge. With the Mi 5, you are getting flagship grade specs at a higher-mid range price.
Here's a quick rundown of the key specs of the Xiaomi Mi 5: A 5.15-inch 1080p IPS display, 3GB/4GB RAM and a choice of 32/64/128 GB storage running Android Marshmallow based MIUI 7.2. Then there's a 16MP rear and 4MP UltraPixel front camera here as well. The rear camera uses a 16MP Sony IMX298 sensor with 4-axis optical image stabilization capable of recording 4K videos.
