Xiaomi also launched its first Mi Smart Speaker that is powered by Google Assistant in India at its Smarter Living event. It has 12W speakers with a 63.5mm driver and Texas Instruments’ TAS5805M Hi-Fi Audio Processor giving a 360° rich surround sound with a DTS sound system. It comes with Bluetooth and dual-band Wi-Fi, 2 far-field microphones for accurate voice recognition.
It easily set up the speaker with the Google Home app and can control thousands of connected devices and appliances, like lights, thermostats, security cameras, and many more. The Mi Smart Speakers lets you play & control music with your voice, align your daily tasks, check the weather, get answers, set reminders, and much more with the help of Google Assistant in English and Hindi.
The Speakers can be paired together in the same room for the cinematic stereo sound experience. It can also use the Chromecast functionality to stream shows, movies, and music on their TV or speaker.

The Mi Smart Speaker comes only in Black color, and the price is Rs. 3999, but it will be available early bird price at Rs 3,499 till Diwali. It will be available from October 1st on Flipkart, mi.com, and Mi Home stores. The Company also offering free Gaana Plus subscription worth Rs. 999 for 1 year.
