Xiaomi today announced its two variants of the Mi Drone and while talking about it during Q&A Lei Jun, Xiaomi CEO also also said that the Mi Band 2 will go on sale on June 7th in China.
The Mi Band 2 was supposed to be launched alongside the Mi Max but was delayed due to production issues. Xiaomi later announced that they were up to speed with manufacturing and the Mi Band 2 would be available in early June.
The CEO today confirmed the June 7th availability of the Mi Band 2 but there is no word on pricing yet. The Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is going to come with a display and a physical button to browse through the interface. You also have a heart-rate sensor built-in to track your activities better alongwith step counter, sleep analysis.
It would be a more standalone solution than the original Mi Band and Mi Band 1s where you had to look for all fitness information on the Mi Fit app.
