Xiaomi has officially announced the launch of an upcoming smartphone in the Xiaomi 14 series, the Xiaomi 14 CIVI in India on June 12th. Confirming previous expectations, the phone will feature Leica optics, consistent with other models in the Xiaomi 14 series. The device will boast dual 32MP front cameras and a 50MP main rear camera equipped with a Leica Summilux lens, alongside a 12MP 120° ultra-wide camera and a 50MP 25mm portrait camera.
Featuring a 1.5K 120Hz AMOLED quad-curved display with Dolby Vision, the screen will be protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. With a sleek metal frame measuring just 7.6mm thick, the phone will be available in three editions: Cruise Blue Dual-Slice Edition, Matcha Green Nano-Tech Vegan Leather Edition, and Shadow Black Classic Matte Edition.
Under the hood, the Xiaomi 14 CIVI will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC, recently introduced in India with the POCO F6. It will pack a 4700mAh battery with 67W Turbo Charge fast charging.
The specifications closely mirror those of the Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, launched in China back in March, starting at 2999 yuan (USD 413 / Rs. 34,390 approx.) for the 12GB + 256GB version. However, the pricing for the Indian market is expected to vary.
Following the launch, the Xiaomi 14 CIVI will be available for purchase on Flipkart, as well as mi.com and offline stores.
