Recently, Xiaomi has confirmed its latest flagship smartphone the Xiaomi 12 series that will be powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Now, the renders of the Xiaomi 12 smartphone have surfaced online by leakster @OnLeaks. It reveals a 6.2-inch curved screen with a center punch-hole and borderless bezels.
The phone will feature a high refresh rate AMOLED screen, but it is not sure if the company will use a Quad HD+ screen or an FHD+ screen. The rear camera design is different from the previous model, which shows a large camera with two smaller camera sensors below them, but the 12 Pro model will feature an additional camera for a telephoto zoom.
The dimensions of the phone are 152.7 x 70.0 x 8.6~11.5mm (including rear camera bump), but the company makes it smaller, but slightly thicker than the predecessor. It could be powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging as well as support for wireless charging, according to the 3C certification.
A new render reveals the back covers of the Xiaomi 12 series smartphone that confined the design of the phone and the camera module. Xiaomi 12 and 12 Pro have the same camera design, but the Xioami 12 Ultra comes with a new circular camera module with 5 cameras.
The LetsGoDigital provided us with 3D concept renders of the Xioami 12 Ultra, according to some leaked cases. As the image shows the main sensor is in the mid of the circle and could be a ToF sensor or a shorter telephoto in the 2x-3x range with 2 more sensors. The rest of the cutouts will be for the LED flash, the light sensor, and the PDAF.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro might feature a bigger battery, bigger screen, and support 120W fast charging. The Xiaomi 12 series could be introduced sometime later this month or early next year. We should know more details and the full specifications of the phones in the coming weeks, and the official launch date will get soon.
