The new Moto Z series is expected to feature removable mods which add to its functionality like a larger speaker, a projector and a separate camera module. In future we may see a battery-pack, additional sensors like thermal, infra-red and a lot more.
With Project Tango, Lenovo and Google plan to bring Augmented Reality to the masses. With a Project Tango smartphone design, mapping are going to see a huge revolution. Indoor-mapping will get the biggest boon with every phone being able to add to maps for better accuracy.
