Vivo has launched its latest mid-range smartphone in the Y series the Vivo Y22 in India. The phone has a 6.55-inch HD+ Halo Display with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. It has a 50MP primary rear camera along with a 2MP macro camera, and an 8MP front-facing camera.
It runs on the MediaTek Helio G70 (MT6769) processor with Ultra game mode, 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and is based on Android 12 with Funtouch OS 12. The phone also has IP5X ratings for dust and IPX4 ratings for water resistance.
The phone has a 2.5D curved design and uses advanced surface texturing techniques for a metallic sheen and is trendy. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging.

The Vivo Y22 comes in Starlit Blue and Metaverse Green colors and the price is Rs.14,499 for 4GB with 64GB storage version, and the website also lists the 6GB RAM with 128GB version which will be available soon. It is available now on Vivo India online store and offline stores.
