Vivo has launched its latest flagship smartphones the Vivo X90, Vivo X90 Pro, and Vivo X90 Pro+ smartphones in the new X90 series in China, as they promised. The Vivo X90 and X90 Pro have a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE 120Hz AMOLED screen, 1,440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, and the X90 Pro+ get a Samsung’s 2K+ E6 120Hz AMOLED screen with 1,440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming.
Vivo X90 and X90 Pro run on the latest Dimensity 9200 4nm processor and, Vivo X90 Pro+ has Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 4nm with up to 12GB LPDDR5X RAM, up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage and is based on Android 13 with OriginOS 3.0 (Funtouch OS 13 for global), and dual vapor chamber cooling with a total area of 8,900mm².
The Vivo X90 has a triple rear camera setup where a 50MP primary camera with a sony IMX866 sensor along with 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 12MP 2X portrait camera. The Vivo X90 Pro and Pro+ models feature a 50MP primary camera with 1″ IMX989 sensor, OIS, f/1.75 aperture glass-and-plastic lens, and 50MP 50mm IMX758 2X portrait camera. The Vivo X90 Pro has a 12MP IMX663 sensor and the Vivo X90 Pro+ features a 48MP IMX598 sensor for ultra-wide. The X90 Pro+ has a 64MP OmniVision OV64B 3.5X periscope telephoto camera and OIS.
The X90 Pro+ can achieve fast capture as low as 30ms and can complete focus shooting in low-light environments as low as 0.1 lux. All the phones have Zeiss T* coating, Zeiss flare portrait, miniature blur modes, and a new V2 self-developed imaging chip with a peak energy efficiency ratio of 16.3TOPS per watt. The new chip offer noise reduction and dynamic range improvements in low-light images, and improvements in AI performance in combination with Dimensity 9200.
The Vivo X90 and X90 Pro are powered by 4,810mAh and 4,870mAh batteries that support 120W wired fast charging, and the X90 Pro+ has a 4,700mAh battery that supports 80W wired charging, but the X90 Pro and Pro+ support 50W wireless charging.

Pricing and Availability -
The Vivo X90 comes in Black and Blue colors with a glass back and Red with a leather back. The Vivo X90 Pro and Pro+ come in Black and Red colors with a leather back. The X90 and X90 Pro are will be available from November 30th in China, pre-order started today. The X90 Pro+ will be available from December 6th in China and pre-orders started on November 28th. The company didn't reveal the launch date for the global market.
