The X200 Pro Mini will sport a micro-quadruple design, along with a compact straight screen, narrow borders, and softly curved corners, offering a comfortable experience for users transitioning to this model. The X200 will include a Zeiss Master Color Screen and 2160Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, providing a display experience and eye protection that rivals the iPhone’s Retina screen.

The X200 Pro series brings an enhanced "telephoto portrait" feature, introducing a new 135mm focal length, adding to the five classic focal lengths of the X100 series: 24mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, and 100mm. Additionally, the series introduces a "telephoto macro" lens, designed to enable smoother lens switching.

The X200 lineup supports 4K 120fps movie slow motion, full-focus 10bit log, and 4K backlit portrait video. Vivo claims that the industry-leading exposure control technology will allow the camera to retain subject clarity and detail even in harsh lighting conditions, producing artistic portraits in backlight settings.

All models in the series are equipped with the V3+ chip. The X200 Pro features a custom 200MP f/2.67 85mm periscope camera, while both the X200 Pro and Mini come with a Vivo x Sony LYT-818 1/1.28″ main camera with an f/2.57 aperture. The Mini version also includes a 70mm periscope camera.

Jia also shared sample images, including a 1x and 20x zoom of Mount Everest, a telemacro shot from the X200, and an ultra-wide shot from the X200 Pro Mini.

The Vivo X200 Pro series will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC, which is set to be unveiled later this week. According to Vivo’s Vice President, the company has developed a complete SoC technology loop, from definition and design to R&D adjustments, achieving deep integration of software and hardware. This allows Vivo to infuse its own unique expertise into the chip, delivering an enhanced performance experience to users.

The X200 series will run on OriginOS 5, which features an advanced large language model (LLM) capable of handling 3 billion parameters. This AI capability is designed to efficiently manage everyday tasks while maintaining user privacy and independence. OriginOS 5 is scheduled for launch during the Vivo Developers Conference (VDC) on October 10th.

Battery -

The battery in the X200 series features a 5% increase in silicon content, resulting in the highest energy density ever achieved in the industry. Despite this, the battery will be thinner than its predecessor, while also offering a significantly larger capacity. Vivo’s semi-solid low-temperature battery technology ensures reliable performance even at temperatures as low as -20°C.
