Vivo has launched its latest flagship foldable smartphone, the Vivo X Fold3 Pro in India, as they promised. The device boasts an impressive 8.03-inch 2K+ display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, utilizing Samsung E7 material and capable of achieving a local peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits. Additionally, its cover display measures 6.53 inches with FHD+ resolution, also featuring a 120Hz LTPO panel and boasting the same peak brightness of 4,500 nits.
Featuring a lightweight carbon fiber hinge weighing just 14.98 grams, significantly lighter than the metal hinge, the phone measures a mere 5.2mm when unfolded and a slim 11.2mm when closed, earning it the title of the thinnest foldable phone. Furthermore, it holds the distinction of being the lightest foldable phone at a mere 236g.
Certified by TÜV Rhineland to withstand 500,000 folds, the X Fold3 Pro is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset and incorporates a custom vivo V3 imaging chip. Its main camera boasts a 50MP "ultra-sensing" unit equipped with a 1/1.3" OmniVision OV50H sensor and an f/1.68 lens with OIS. Additionally, it features a 64MP 3x telephoto module and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle module. The selfie cameras utilize a pair of 32MP sensors.
