Vivo has officially announced the launch date for its V30 series phones in India, scheduled for March 7th. Following the confirmation of the launch in Thailand on February 28th, Vivo has initiated teasers for the release of the V30 and V30 Pro smartphones in India, expected in early March.
The teaser emphasizes the inclusion of ZEISS optics and Aura light for the V30 Pro smartphone. It has already confirmed the presence of a 50MP VCS for the main camera and has also shared images from the phone, assuring accurate colors.
According to the company, the Aura Portrait light delivers enhanced, brighter illumination. The light's expansion ensures softer lighting and utilizes advanced algorithms to elevate portrait photography to the next level.
The vivo V30, which was officially introduced earlier this month, features a 6.78-inch FHD+ 120Hz 60° curved AMOLED display with up to 2800 nits peak brightness. It boasts a 50MP autofocus front camera with dual soft LED flash.
The device runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC and has a 50MP primary rear camera with OIS, along with a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP depth sensor. It is powered by a 5000mAh battery supporting 80W fast charging and carries IP54 ratings for dust and water resistance.
The V30 Pro is anticipated to offer a comparable screen but will be equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, a 50MP main camera with OIS and LED flash, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, a 50MP telephoto portrait camera, a 50MP autofocus front camera, and an In-display fingerprint sensor. It will be available in Andaman Blue and Classic Black color options.
The phone will be available for purchase on Flipkart, as well as on vivo.com and at offline retail stores.
