The Google Play Editions of the HTC One and Samsung Galaxy S4 went on sale yesterday, in the US Play Store. Although both run stock Android 4.2.2. they both have a new camera app, boot animations and wallpapers. So, they have been ripped from the Google Editions of the smartphones and are now available for your downloading pleasure.
The new camera app features on-screen controls, but instead of being circular they are part of an arc menu. Also the volume rocker can be used as the shutter key, PhotoSphere makes it into the new app as well. The camera app can be downloaded here, it replaces the stock camera app on Nexus devices and installs alongside on other devices.
The boot animation is available at 720p and 1080p resolutions only, along with the live wallpapers which can be grabbed here.
