As they say, Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.
This image above is that of the Elephone S7, yes, not only did they copy the design of the successful Galaxy S7 Edge, they couldn't resist naming their blatant copy as such.
If you look at the image closely there are notable differences, including the camera which is not centered, the LED flash is on the left as well and there is no heart-rate sensor. But that's not all, underneath the hood you have the Helio X20 deca-core processor, with 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, 5.5-inch 1080p display which can never match the sheer performance of the Exynos 8890/Snapdragon 820 on the Galaxy S7.
Moreover, I don't think the dual-curved AMOLED display on the Galaxy S7 Edge is going to make it to the cheap knock-off Elephone S7.. The press renders are as fake as the phone themselves even though the company claims otherwise.
Its always the pricing that these knockoffs go for and the Elephone S7 would go for around $100 with specs similar to other mid-range Chinese smartphones which cost much higher. This leads to only one conclusion, the Elephone S7 would neither come with these specs, nor would it have a curved display.
