TECNO has launched its latest budget smartphone the TECNO POVA 2 in the POVA series in the Philippines, which is the successor of TECNO POVA that was launched last year. It has a 6.9-inch Full HD+ screen with a 180Hz touch sampling rate and has a Side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It runs on the MediaTek Helio G85 processor with up to 6GB of RAM, 128GB storage and works on the HiOS based Android 11.
It has a quad rear camera setup where a 48MP primary camera along with a 2MP depth sensor, 2MP macro lens, and 2MP AI camera with quad-LED flash. on the front side has an 8MP punch-hole front-facing camera with dual-LED flash. The special craft creates a unique textured effect on the back panel that combines a hard-edged feel with a technological pioneer for a cool look, as per the company. The phone is powered by a massive 7000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging in the box.

The TECNO POVA 2 comes in Polar Silver, Power Blue, and Dazzle Black colors, and the price is 7,990 Philippine peso (US$ 167 / Rs. 12,200 approx.) for 6GB RAM with 128GB storage version. It will be available from June 5th and the pre-order has started from today in the Philippines.
