Sony is rumored to be holding an event on November 12. The leak suggests that Sony is going to unveil the Xperia Z1S in Shanghai in this event, alongwith a new device the Sony Taichi.
The Xperia Z1S is the same smartphone already available in Japan under the name Xperia Z1f. Its a smaller version of the currentflagship Xperia Z1. The Xperia Z1S features the same specs as the Z1F including the 4.3-inch 720p display, Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and the 20.7 MP primary Sony G-Lens camera. The Xperia Taichi is expected to be a 6-inch device with a MediaTek quad-core processor, which should be in line with the Xperia C which too features a quad-core MediaTek processor.
Although Sony has not confirmed this event, we will keep you apprised of any details that emerge.
