Sony Honami could officially be called the Xperia Z1 and has now appeared in press shots. These low-res shots reveal that the phone will be available in atleast 3 colors, namely white, black and purple.
The Sony Xperia Z1 previously referred to as the Xperia i1 Honami, features Snapdragon 800 chipset with Adreno 330 GPU and quad-core Krait 400 processor. It will run on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean and will probably be water resistant. The Xperia Z1 too is a camera first smartphone with a 20.7-megapixel primary camera and 4K video recording.
Leaked benchmark scores put the Xperia Z1 codename L39h in the realm of the Samsung Galaxy S4 LTE-A with an impressive AnTuTu score of 30,625, making it one of the most powerful smartphone in the market right now. Although we cannot confirm the authenticity of the scores, the Xperia Z1 should score around the same with its Snapdragon 800 chipset.
