Samsung Z2 Tizen Os based smartphone is expected to launch soon given the buzz we have been hearing off late. We have already seen its specs leak earlier and now there's an official video which shows everything from specs, design to the new features in Tizen OS.
When Samsung finally decides to launch the Z2, there won't be much left to show off. Coming to specs, it packs a quad-core 1.5GHz processor which can be the Spreadtrum SC9830A found on the current-gen Galaxy J2 2016 as it comes with 4G LTE. This would make it the first Tizen powered smartphone to come with LTE support.
Although the video doesn't confirm all the specs, an earlier leak confirmed that it would come with a 3.97-inch WVGA display, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, VGA front-camera, 1500 mAh battery and run TizenOS 2.4.

Then there's the Ultra Data Saving mode which has been ported from Samsung's Android offerings to help save on mobile data costs. In the video you also see a My Money app which as the name suggests would allow people to transfer money to each other but it seems to be limited just to India. Given that Samsung's Tizen efforts are concentrated only towards Asia, this doesn't come as a surprise.
The Tizen Z2 would come with WhatsApp and Facebook pre-installed as well. It would be interesting too see how many major publishers have built native apps for Tizen since the launch of the Samsung Z3.
