Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim specs leak.

Samsung is reportedly planning to add a new fourth model to its upcoming Galaxy S25 series, which will be slimmer than the standard Galaxy S25 versions, according to a recent report from the Korean outlet ETNews. This additional model, tentatively named the “Galaxy S25 Slim,” is expected to launch in Q2 2025. The SmartPrix team has also confirmed this information, citing official sources verifying its development.

New Galaxy S25 Model Unveiled -

Samsung’s Galaxy S25 lineup traditionally includes three primary models: the Galaxy S25 (model SM-S931), Galaxy S25+ (SM-S936), and Galaxy S25 Ultra (SM-S938). However, the company is reportedly working on an additional model, listed under the model number “SM-S937,” with the U.S. variant labelled “SM-S937U,” as confirmed by the GSMA IMEI database.

This slim model is anticipated to align with Apple’s upcoming “Slim” variant, following Samsung’s pattern of releasing thin versions of its devices. Currently, it appears in the GSMA database simply as “Galaxy” to avoid revealing the exact model name prematurely.

Expected Release Timeline -

Samsung typically registers its devices in the GSMA IMEI database about six to seven months ahead of release for internal testing. This new Galaxy S25 model is slated for a Q2 2025 launch, likely in April or May, positioning it to compete with Google’s Pixel 9a and Apple’s iPhone SE 4.

Limited Information on Specifications -

Details on the Galaxy S25 Slim’s specifications are still scarce. So far, only the model number has confirmed its existence. More specifics on its features and specs are expected to surface closer to the official launch.
