Samsung is preparing to launch its latest flagship smartphone the Galaxy S23 series in early 2023, which is the successor of the Galaxy S22 series. Now, the Galaxy S23 Ultra (SM-S9180) has been certified by TENAA in China revealing the key specifications of the phone including a 200MP camera that offer 12MP output after pixel binning, which is the main change compared to a 108MP camera in older models.
According to earlier rumors, the phone is said to retain a similar ultra-wide, 10MP telephoto and a 10MP Periscope lens for 10x optical zoom, the same as the predecessor, but the quality should be better. The certification also reveals Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor with clock speeds up to 3.36GHz compared to 3.2GHz in the standard version. As per the earlier reports, the company is not planning to launch an Exynos version of the phones, so all the markets should get the Snapdragon chip.
