Samsung has just gone official with the Galaxy Note Edge. It comes with a display which curves towards one edge of the display. The curved part of the display on the right behaves independently than the main display giving you a persistent area where you can see notifications, status of various phone functions, launch apps or control music playback.
Samsung hasn't revealed much detail about the specs of the Note Edge till now. But we expect a 5.7-inch QHD+ display with the additional 160 pixels for the curved part of the display, Snapdragon 805 quad-core processor, 3 GB RAM and possibly the same 16 MP camera with Sony's IMX240 sensor.
