Samsung just announced the Galaxy Grand 2, featuring a 5.25-inch HD 1280 x 720 pixels display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean with 1.5 GB RAM. There's an 8 MP primary camera with LED flash accompanied by a 1.9 MP front facing camera also capable of HD video recording. There's a 2600 mAh battery which keeps the phone powered up for upto 10 hours video playback and 17 hours of calls according to Samsung.
There are a lot of Samsung specific features, including Multi Window view, Story Album, Group Play, Samsung Link, Samsung Hub, S Translator and the likes. The Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 has dual-SIM support just like its predecessor and would come in white pink and black colors in select regions. The price of the new Galaxy smartphone has not been announced yet.
