Samsung has gone official with the Galaxy Core Lite with LTE support for Taiwan. It comes with a modest 4.7-inch display with WVGA resolution and is powered by the 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor with 1 GB RAM running Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. There's a 5 MP autofocus primary camera with LED flash at the back but no front-facing unit.
LTE 900 MHz (Band 8), 1800 MHz (Band 3) and 700 MHz (Band 28) are supported, so its not coming to India anytime soon. Connectivity options also include 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC. S Travel, S Translator apps also find a place on the Galaxy Core Lite SM-G3586V.
The Galaxy Core Lite will be available in White color only for NT$ 7988 which comes to be about US $266 or Rs. 15800.
