Samsung just launched its latest mid-range smartphones the Galaxy A52, A52 5G, and A72 smartphones in a global Galaxy Awesome Unpacked event, as they promised. The Galaxy A52 has a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 90Hz refresh rate, while the A52 5G has a 120Hz refresh rate screen. The Galaxy A72 has a slightly larger 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display with a 90Hz refresh rate.
These all have an in-display fingerprint scanner and a 32MP front camera inside the small punch-hole. These phones are runs on the Snapdragon 720G processor, while the Galaxy A52 5G runs on Snapdragon 750G SoC with up to 8GB RAM, 256GB storage, and all the phones work on Android 11 with One UI 3.1 and are water-resistant to a depth of one meter for up to 30 minutes with IP67 certification.
All the phones have a quad rear camera setup where a 64-megapixel primary camera with support for OIS, along with 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 5-megapixel macro camera. The A52 series comes with a 5-megapixel depth sensor, which is replaced by an 8-megapixel 3x telephoto camera with a 30x space zoom with OIS in the A72. The A52 series is powered by a 4500mAh battery, while the A72 has a bigger 5000mAh battery and both support 25W fast charging but come with a 15W charger in the box.
