Samsung is gearing up for the launch of its upcoming mid-range smartphones, namely the Galaxy A35 5G and the Samsung Galaxy A55. Recently, leaked renders have provided a glimpse of the phones in various color options. Now, the Galaxy A35 5G (model number A356E) has made an appearance on the Google Play Console database, uncovering details regarding its front design and specifications.
Equipped with an Exynos 1380 chipset, ARM Mali G68 GPU, and 8GB of RAM, the device runs on Android 14-based OneUI. It sports a flat display with standard bezels, offering a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, 450 DPI, and a centrally located punch-hole selfie camera.
Expected to come in either 128GB or 256GB variants, the device also features a microSD card slot for expandable storage. Its camera setup consists of a 50MP primary camera with OIS, a 5MP macro camera, and an 8MP ultrawide camera.
Reports indicate a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging, stereo speakers, and support for Samsung Pay. Adhering to Samsung’s “Key Island” design language, the phones will be offered in Black, Green, Pink, and White color options.
Leaked details also suggest IP67 dust and water resistance ratings and Knox security for the device. With appearances on certification websites such as NBTC and Indian BIS, a global launch seems imminent, potentially followed by a launch in India.
Given Samsung's typical pattern of unveiling its Galaxy A series phones in March, similar expectations surround these releases, with further details anticipated to surface in the coming days.
