Samsung’s upcoming mid-range smartphone in the A series, the Samsung Galaxy A26 has been revealed in the first CAD-based renders, courtesy of @OnLeaks. The renders show a familiar Infinity-U display with prominent bezels.
The device is expected to measure 164 x 77.5 x 7.7~9.7mm (including the camera bump), making it slightly taller but narrower and slimmer than the Galaxy A25, which measures 161 x 76.5 x 8.3mm. The Galaxy A26 introduces a refreshed camera housing design while retaining its triple rear camera setup.
Last month, the Galaxy A26 appeared on Geekbench, confirming it will feature the Exynos 1280 SoC, similar to its predecessor. It remains unclear whether a MediaTek version will be released in the Indian market, as seen with the Galaxy A16. The Geekbench listing indicates a model with 6GB of RAM, though an 8GB variant is also expected. It will run on Android 15 with One UI 7.0 and is anticipated to receive 6 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates.
The Samsung Galaxy A26 5G is likely to launch around December or January 2025, at a similar price point to the Galaxy A25 5G.
