Xiaomi has officially confirmed the launch of its latest addition to its mid-range Turbo series, the Redmi Turbo 4 in China on January 2nd. The company has also shared images of the device in the Cloud White colour variant.
In terms of design, Xiaomi describes the phone as refined and streamlined, featuring a slightly curved frame for an excellent hand feel. The design includes a red waistline running through the frosted, soft-fog glass back, complemented by diamond double-stitching textures and whirlwind double-ring lights for a stylish and dynamic look. The images reveal the phone will have a plastic frame.
The Redmi Turbo 4 is confirmed to be the first device powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400-Ultra processor. Recent benchmark tests show promising performance, and the phone will run on Android 15 with 16GB of RAM. Xiaomi highlights the device's flagship-level performance in FPS and MOBA games, maintaining steady frame rates even during extended gameplay sessions, all while ensuring high energy efficiency.
According to earlier reports, the phone will feature a 1.5K 120Hz LTPS flat display, a 50MP primary rear camera with an f/1.5 aperture, and a secondary ultra-wide camera with an f/2.2 aperture. It is also expected to offer IP68 dust and water resistance, an optical fingerprint scanner, a 6500mAh battery, and support for 90W fast charging.
More details about the Redmi Turbo 4 are anticipated in the coming days ahead of its official unveiling later this week.
