Xiaomi has officially announced the debut of the Redmi Note 13 series in India, scheduled for January 4th, after the teaser. The company has also verified the impending launch of the Redmi Note 13 Pro+ 5G in January and mentioned that the Redmi 13C series event was captured using the phone.
As a reminder, the Redmi Note 13, Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ smartphones were initially unveiled in China in September.
The Redmi Note 13 Pro and Note 13 Pro+ smartphones feature a 6.67-inch second-generation 1.5K TCL C7 120Hz OLED display boasting up to 1800 nits peak brightness. The Note 13 Pro is Equipped with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, while the Note 13 Pro+ runs on a Dimensity 7200-Ultra processor. The Pro incorporates a 3423mm² graphite sheet, and the Pro+ employs a 4000mm² VC heat dissipation system.
Both phones are equipped with a 200MP rear camera featuring a Samsung ISOCELL HP3 sensor, OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro camera, along with a 16MP front camera. The Note 13 Pro boasts a 5100mAh battery with 67W fast charging, while the Note 13 Pro+ comes with a 5000mAh battery supporting 120W fast charging.
The Redmi Note 13 5G comes with a 6.67-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display featuring a 120Hz refresh rate, a 2.25mm chin, and a slim 7.6mm body. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC and houses a 100MP primary camera accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor, along with a 16MP front camera. The device comes with a 5000mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging.
Details regarding the available colors and storage configurations of the phone are expected to be revealed in the upcoming weeks. The Redmi Note 13 5G will be offered for sale on Amazon India, as well as on mi.com and at offline retail stores.
Flipkart has indicated that the phones are set to arrive on January 4, and it is anticipated that the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Pro+ will be accessible for purchase on the Flipkart platform.
