Xiaomi has silently launched its latest budget smartphones the Redmi A2 and A2+ in the Global Market, which are the successors of last year’s Redmi A1 and A1+ smartphones. Both have a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD screen with a new Octa-Core Helio G36 processor, up to 3GB LPDDR4X RAM, 32GB storage, and are based on Android 12 (Go Edition).
These have an 8MP primary rear camera along with a secondary depth sensor, and a 5MP front-facing camera. It has a leather-like design and is powered by a 5000mAh battery with 10W battery charging. The A2 Plus has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Redmi A2 and Redmi A2+ come in Light Blue, Light Green, and Black colors. The phones are already listed on the official website, but didn't reveal the price and availability of the phones.
