Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has launched its latest budget smartphone Redmi 9 in India, as they promised. It has a 6.53-inch HD+ LCD Dot Drop screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 400 nits brightness, and 70% NTSC color gamut. It runs on MediaTek Helio G35 processor with 4GB of RAM, up to 128 GB storage, and works on MIUI 12 based on Android 10 out of the box. It has a dual rear camera setup in the square module where a 13-megapixel primary camera along with a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and on the front side has a 5-megapixel selfie camera.
On the backside of the phone has an AuraEdge design with a grip-friendly texture that doesn’t attract smudges and has a rear-fingerprints scanner. The Redmi 9 has powered by a 5000mAh battery with a 10W charger in the box, and it comes in Sporty Orange, Sky Blue, and Carbon Black colors.
