Today, Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has launched its latest mid-range smartphones the Redmi 10X 5G and 10X Pro 5G along with Redmi 10X 4G in China, as they promised. The Redmi 10X 5G series has a 6.57-inch FHD+ AMOLED waterdrop notch display from Samsung with an in-display fingerprint scanner and IR sensor.
Both these phones run on the latest MediaTek Dimensity 820 processor with up to 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, 256GB UFS 2.1 Storage, built-in 5G SA/NSA and will also support dual SIM 5G support (via OTA update in July) and works on MIUI 11 (Upgradable to MIUI 12) based on Android 10.
Coming to the cameras, the 10X Pro 5G has a quad rear camera set up in the square module, while 10X 5G has triple rear cameras setup where a 48 MP primary camera along with an 8 MP ultra-wide camera, but only the 10X Pro has an 8 MP telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom, 5x hybrid zoom, and 30x digital zoom and also has a 5 MP 2cm macro sensor, while the 10X 5G has only a 2 MP depth sensor.
These phones are powered by a 4520mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging for the 10X 5G, while 33W fast charging for the 10X Pro 5G and both phone comes in White, Blue, Gold and Purple colors.
