Realme has officially announced that the realme GT5 Pro will be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, with recent certifications unveiling its detailed specifications. Today, realme China's CMO, Xu Qi Chase, disclosed that the phone will boast a peak brightness exceeding 3000nits.
Being the flagship model developed over a two-year period, it is poised to shatter the limitations and redefine the boundaries of the GT series. Xu Qi Chase emphasized that the enhancements go beyond just brightness, promising an all-encompassing upgrade that outshines its contemporaries in terms of the screen experience.
The certification has already disclosed a 6.78-inch (2780×1264 pixels) 1.5K curved AMOLED display. According to leaks by Digital Chat Station, the phone will flaunt a micro-curved screen by BOE with remarkably slim bezels, accompanied by features such as eye protection SVM and frame control.
Furthermore, the certification has confirmed a 50MP primary rear camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8MP 120° ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. The phone is expected to house the Sony Lytia LYT808 sensor, similar to that of the OnePlus 12 and the OnePlus Open / OPPO Find N3, along with the Omnivision OV08D10 ultra-wide sensor and an IMX890 telephoto camera capable of 2.7X optical zoom.
The phone will also sport a 32MP front-facing camera and a robust 5400mAh (typical) / 5260mAh (minimum) battery, complemented by 100W SuperVOOC fast charging technology, as per the certification. With the official launch anticipated later this month, more comprehensive details are expected to be unveiled in the days to come.
