Realme has launched its latest flagship samrtphone the RealmeGT Neo 3, which is the successor of the Realme GT Neo2 smartphone in China, as they promised. It has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 1000Hz touch sampling rate, and has an in-display fingerprint sensor with heart rate monitoring option. It runs on the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC with up to 12GB of RAM, 256GB UFS 3.1 storage and is based on Android 12 with realme UI 3.0.
The phone comes with a 39606mm² total heat dissipation area, VC liquid cooling system covering the area up to 4129mm², has a 9-layer heat dissipation structure, so the core peak temperature is reduced by 19°C, as per the company. It has a triple rear camera setup where a 50-megapixel primary camera with Sony IMX766 sensor, OIS along with 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 16MP front-facing camera.
The phone comes in the Le Mans and Silver color editions that have a classic track double-stripe design, and the phone also comes in Hurricane Black color without the stripes. It features X-axis linear vibration motor, Wi-Fi 6, support Bluetooth 5.2, Dolby Atmos, and Hi-Res Audio.
The phone is available in two variants, where the first has a 4500mAh battery that supports the world’s first 150W fast charging, which can charge up to 50% in 5 minutes and 100% in less than 15 minutes. It uses a second charge chip and TUV Rhineland safe fast-charging certification. Even after 1600 charging and discharging cycles that battery can retain over 80% health, says the company. The phone supports 80W, 65W, and 50W PPS and the charger supports up to 100W PPS and PD charging.
The second model has a 5000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging, which can charge up to 100% in 32 minutes. The phone and charger support 65W / 50W Super VOOC fast charging.
