At its "Dark Horse of AI" global event, realme introduced new AI capabilities for the upcoming realme GT 7 Pro, unveiled the phone’s design, and previewed features of the realme UI 6.0 alongside its global release timeline.
Realme GT 7 Pro’s AI Features -
AI Efficiency - The new AI Sketch to Image feature transforms simple sketches into detailed illustrations, allowing for creative expression across various styles, including 3D Cartoon, 2D Cartoon, Sketch, Realistic, Watercolor, and Futuristic. Additionally, the AI Sketch feature lets users enhance images by drawing directly on them to add new elements.
AI Imaging - With AI Motion Deblur, blurry images can be easily corrected, while the AI Telephoto Ultra Clarity feature sharpens zoomed photos, maintaining clarity even at 60X magnification. The GT 7 Pro is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto sensor, using realme’s proprietary AI Zoom Ultra Clarity technology to enhance clarity for telephoto shots.
AI Gaming - AI Game Super Resolution boosts in-game graphics up to 1.5K resolution, providing a more immersive and responsive experience, particularly for games like PUBG and Genshin Impact. Additionally, the GT 7 Pro supports gaming up to 120 fps through advanced game frame interpolation.
Inspire, Imagine, Innovate: NEXT AI Lab - realme announced the launch of its NEXT AI Lab, dedicated to pioneering advancements in AI Efficiency, Imaging, and Gaming. The lab aims to inspire and empower young users by developing a meaningful AI ecosystem, with a promise of continuous innovation in AI-driven technology, including image-to-video technology.
Realme GT 7 Pro Design -
Ahead of the GT 7 Pro launch, realme previewed its design, named Mars Explorer Edition in China and Mars Design globally. The phone features a precision-crafted middle frame made from low-temperature aviation aluminium. Its design supports up to 120X zoom and includes an f/1.8 aperture main camera.
Realme China VP Xu Qi Chase highlighted the phone's innovative multi-layer hot forging AG process, explaining that “precise temperature control and pressure application shape the back cover into a complex curve, creating a red Martian surface texture.”
Realme has also confirmed the phone will include an 8T LTPO Eco² OLED Plus quad micro-curved display from Qualcomm, with 120% DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, a maximum brightness of 2000 nits, and a Qualcomm ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, the GT 7 Pro has achieved an AnTuTu score surpassing 3 million. Expected configurations include up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of storage, along with a 6500mAh carbon-silicon battery and 120W wired fast charging.
Realme UI 6.0 -
Launching alongside the GT 7 Pro, realme UI 6.0 introduces a more dynamic design and interactive experience, enhancing Android’s existing functionality with features like AI Erase 2.0, AI Documents, AI Recording Summary, and AI Remove Reflection.
Realme UI 6.0 Global Roadmap -
After announcing the China rollout, realme has shared the global release roadmap for realme UI 6.0. The realme GT, realme 13, and realme 12 Pro series will receive early access by Q4 2024, followed by models like the realme 11 Pro, realme 10 Pro, and realme 12 series in Q1 2025.
Following its China launch on November 4, the GT 7 Pro will debut in global markets, including India, later in November.
