Realme has launched its latest mid-range smartphone the Realme 8 Pro along with the realme 8 in India, as they promised. It has a 6.4-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED screen with a 60Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, and has an in-display fingerprint sensor. It runs on the Snapdragon 720G 8nm processor with up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB UFS 2.1 storage same as the predecessor, and works on the Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11.
The phone has a quad rear camera setup where a 108-megapixel Samsung HM2 1/1.52″ primary camera with support for 9-in-1 pixel binning, ISOCELL Plus, and Smart-ISO, along with an 8-megapixel 119° ultra-wide-angle lens, 2-megapixel B&W portrait lens, and a 2-megapixel camera for 4cm macro shots. On the front side has a 16-megapixel punch-hole front-facing camera. Its cameras also support 3X In-sensor Zoom, Tilt-shift Time-lapse Video, Starry Time-lapse Video, Starry Model & Tilt-shift Mode, New Super Nightscape Mode, Ultra Nightscape Video, Neon Portrait, Dynamic Bokeh, Dual-view Video, and more.
The design of the phone is AG-Crystal Process on technology with smooth hand feeling and high-grade quality. The Infinite Blue is dreamlike and dazzling while Infinite Black is mysterious and low-key, according to the company, and has a large Dare to Leap branding on the back. The Illuminating Yellow version of the phone uses a special fluorescent material around the camera module and the “DARE TO LEAP” tagline that can absorb light and then glow automatically in the dark.
The Realme 8 Pro is powered by a 4500mAh battery that supports 50W SuperDart Charge fast charging, which can charge the phone up to 50% in 17 minutes and 100% in 47 minutes, but it comes with a 65W standard adapter in the box.

The realme 8 Pro comes in Infinite Blue, Infinite Black, and Illuminating Yellow colors. The phone will be available through the "hate to wait sale" from tomorrow, March 25th at 12noon. It will be available from March 26th on Flipkart, realme.com, and offline stores widely. But the Illuminating Yellow color variant will be available later.
