POCO has officially announced the upcoming launch of the POCO X6 Neo, the latest addition to its mid-range X6 series, scheduled for release in India on March 13th. The company has revealed that the POCO X6 Neo will boast a punch-hole screen with a remarkable screen-to-body ratio of 93.3%, thanks to its minimal bezels.
With a sleek body measuring just 7.69mm in thickness, the device will feature an AMOLED screen, as confirmed by the company's teaser. Additionally, the teaser hints at a 108MP rear camera and mentions blue and golden color options, although more color variants may be expected.
According to earlier speculations, the POCO X6 Neo could be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 13R Pro 5G, previously launched in China. This suggests that the phone might sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a Dimensity 6080 SoC (rebranded as Dimensity 810), a 108MP + 2MP rear camera setup, a 16MP front camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a 5000mAh (typical) battery with 33W fast charging support.
The POCO X6 Neo will be available for purchase on Flipkart, similar to other POCO smartphones. Expected to rival the realme 12, its price is anticipated to fall within the range of Rs. 17,000.
