OPPO is planning to introduce its latest Reno5 5G series in china and it already certified on TENAA last week with the model numbers PEGM00 and PEGT00, and the full specs sheet, along with photos, appeared in the listing. In this series, there are two variants - Reno5 5G and Reno5 Pro 5G smartphone, which are the successor of the OPPO Reno4 Series.
Now, the Chinese leakster Digital Chat Station has confirmed that the Reno5 5G series will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 and 765G chips as well as Mediatek’s Dimensity 1000. It remains to be seen what model will get which chipset. The new leak also confirms that all three phones will come with punch hole displays and an unspecified high refresh rate. The Pro model will come with a curved panel screen.
According to the renders, it reveals the Reno5 5G will come with a 6.43-inch OLED display along with a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide module, 2MP mono camera, and 2MP depth sensor. It has already been confirmed by 3C certification that the Reno5 5G series will have 65W fast charging. The phone will be powered by a 4,300mAh battery, and the phone will works on the latest Android 11 out of the box.
According to the rumors, the Reno5 5G series could be launch between December and January 2021 in China. We should know more details and the specification of the phones in the upcoming week.
