OPPO has announced the upcoming launch of the K12x 5G in India, set for July 29th. This new model is the successor to last year’s K11x and belongs to the K series. Note that this is different from the OPPO K12x launched in China, which shares specifications with the OnePlus Nord CE4 Lite.
The OPPO K12x 5G boasts MIL-STD-810H certification, meaning it has undergone rigorous testing to withstand extreme heat, moisture, and shock. Additionally, it has an IP54 rating for dust and water resistance.
The phone features a 6.67-inch HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1000 nits of peak brightness. It introduces Splash Touch technology, allowing users to operate the touchscreen even when wet. Other highlights include AI Linkboost technology and Dual View Video.
With a slim 7.68mm profile and weighing just 186g, the K12x 5G offers a matte finish for a smooth grip and a circular camera design with a standout Cosmic Flashlight for a premium look. The phone includes a 5100mAh battery and comes with a 45W SuperVOOC charger in the box. It will be available in Breeze Blue and Midnight Violet. More details of the phone will be revealed as the launch date approaches.
